How much will it cost to fix my car?

We can't give you a precise number until our certified technician has a look, but we prioritize getting you a fast and accurate estimate. We'll always provide a clear, itemized breakdown, and we won't start any repair until you give us your approval. This way, you know exactly what you're paying for. We guarantee no hidden fees or surprise charges, and we'll keep you updated with photos or videos of the new and old parts.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

Our diagnostic service is free of charge when you choose to have the repair done with us. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, we charge one hour of labor ($145) for the technician's time and expertise in accurately identifying the issue. This ensures you still get valuable information about your car.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Yes, absolutely! We're happy to give you a preliminary price range over the phone. This ballpark estimate can give you a quick idea of the potential cost based on common causes. However, since we want to guarantee an accurate and firm quote, we will need to inspect your car in person to confirm the exact issue.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

We don’t offer payment plans or financing, but we always provide clear, upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect before any work begins. Our goal is to make your service experience simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Are your prices competitive with other shops?

Yes, absolutely! We offer fair, competitive pricing while refusing to cut corners on quality. We believe great value comes from using top-quality parts and highly skilled technicians. We use the best available parts, including Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts when appropriate, ensuring your repair lasts. You get a long-term, reliable fix—not just the lowest short-term price.

Do you charge for labor and parts separately?

Yes, but all costs are clearly itemized in your estimate so you can see exactly what you’re paying for.

Do you offer any promotions or loyalty discounts?

We frequently run seasonal promotions and offer discounts for returning customers—check our email campaigns or ask at the counter.

How do I know I’m not being overcharged?

Can I bring my own parts?

In some specific cases, yes, you can bring your own parts. But we highly recommend using parts sourced from our approved suppliers.

-Warranty:  If a part fails, you would be responsible for the cost of the replacement part and the extra labor to install it.

-Accuracy & Time: If you supply an incorrect part, it will cause significant delays and could result in extra labor charges if we have to stop the repair and source the correct part quickly.

When we source the parts:

-Guaranteed Fitment: We ensure the parts are correct and compatible with your specific make and model, avoiding costly downtime.

-Full Warranty: You receive a complete warranty covering both the part and our labor.

-No Delays: The correct parts are guaranteed to be here when the repair starts, keeping your service fast and on schedule.

What happens if you find another issue while repairing my car?

Your approval is always required.

If we find an unexpected issue, we will immediately pause the repair and contact you. We'll clearly explain the severity of the new issue—whether it's safety-related and needs immediate attention, or if it can be deferred. We'll then provide a revised, itemized estimate and let you prioritize what repairs to approve and which ones to defer for a later date.

Can I get my old parts back?

Of course. Just let us know at drop-off if you’d like to see or keep them.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind:

Full Coverage: Our warranty lasts for 2 years or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) on both parts and labor.

Roadside Assistance: All qualifying repairs also come with an included roadside assistance program that will reimburse you up to $150 for expenses like towing, jump-starts, or lockouts.

Are your parts original (OEM)?

Yes, we primarily use OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts to ensure performance and reliability

How do I know the job was done correctly?

We double-check every repair, test drive your car, and provide a detailed invoice outlining all work performed.

Do I need an appointment, or do you take walk-ins?

Appointments are preferred, but we also accept walk-ins when our schedule allows.

How long will my repair take?

It depends on the service, but we’ll always give you an estimated completion time before we start.

Can I wait while my car is being serviced?

To ensure the safety of our customers and staff in the service area, we do not have a customer waiting room available. However, we'd be glad to arrange a complimentary ride-share or shuttle service to take you back home or to work within a 3-mile radius.

Do you offer a shuttle or pickup/drop-off service?

Yes! We offer a complimentary local shuttle service to help you get where you need to go while your vehicle is with us.

What if my car needs to stay overnight?

If your car needs to stay overnight, rest assured it will be securely stored until work resumes. It will be kept in our well-lit, monitored facility lot. For any overflow parking, the vehicle will be secured for street parking according to local regulations, and we will contact you for your authorization before securing it outside.

What are your business hours?

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What kinds of repairs do you offer?

We are a full-service facility handling comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repairs. Our services range from routine maintenance (oil changes, brake service) to complex engine diagnostics and transmission service work.

Please note: Due to shop capacity and size, we currently do not perform complete engine or transmission replacement. We focus instead on expert diagnosis and service of existing units.

Can you handle hybrid or electric vehicles?

Yes, our team is trained to service most hybrid systems and EV components.

Do you offer tire services?

We handle tire rotation, tire plugs and calibrate them but we don't sell tires.

Do you offer fleet maintenance?

Do I need to bring anything when I drop off my car?

Just your keys and any recent service paperwork if available. We’ll handle the rest!

3. Repair Planning: Finally, we consult our comprehensive repair software to pinpoint the precise steps, torque specifications, and procedures needed. This ensures a perfect repair every time.

Can I get updates while my car is being worked on?

Yes, absolutely! We believe in keeping you fully informed. When you drop off your car, just let us know your preferred method—call or text. We are happy to provide proactive updates, detailed status reports, and even photos or videos of the work being done.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand plans change! Just give us a call or reschedule online at your earliest convenience.

We simply ask that you let us know, so we can offer your slot to another customer. There is no penalty for rescheduling or canceling.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Do you offer towing if my car won’t start?

While we don't operate our own tow truck, we have a network of trusted, local towing partners that can help you.

For customers who have completed a qualified repair with us within the last year, you may be eligible for reimbursement up to $150 toward your towing expenses through our roadside assistance program. We'll help you arrange everything and manage that claim.
